Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee inspects the implementation of "one law, one example" for food safety

为切实筑牢食品安全防线，推动食品安全法律法规落地生根，4月14日上午，晋江市人大常委会组织开展《中华人民共和国食品安全法》和《福建省食品安全条例》（以下简称“一法一例”）实施情况专项视察。本次视察由市人大常委会领导陈长义、林嘉达、孙晋展、蔡文卿、李德铭带队，市政府领导陈文斗陪同视察。米兰体育集团党支部书记、董事长杨建明作为晋江市人大常委，全程参与本次视察活动，积极履行人大常委职责，为晋江食品安全治理建言献策。

In order to effectively strengthen the defense line of food safety and promote the implementation of food safety laws and regulations, on the morning of April 14th, the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City organized a special inspection on the implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Food Safety Regulations of Fujian Province (hereinafter referred to as "one law, one example"). The inspection was led by Chen Changyi, Lin Jiada, Sun Jinzhan, Cai Wenqing, and Li Deming, leaders of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and accompanied by Chen Wendou, leader of the Municipal Government. Yang Jianming, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of Guandaxing Group, as a member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, participated in the entire inspection activity, actively fulfilled his duties as a member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, and provided suggestions for the governance of food safety in Jinjiang.

视察组先后走访盼盼食品、泉州朴朴网络科技晋江分公司、晋江市质量计量检测所，实地察看生产、仓储、检测等场所，详细了解“一法一例”实施及食品安全监管情况。

The inspection team visited Panpan Food, Quanzhou Pupu Network Technology Jinjiang Branch, and Jinjiang Quality and Metrology Testing Institute, and conducted on-site inspections of production, storage, testing, and other places to gain a detailed understanding of the implementation of the "one law, one example" policy and food safety supervision.

视察组强调，要提高政治站位，健全协同机制，聚焦重点领域，强化保障支撑，实现食品安全全链条监管，守护群众“舌尖上的安全”。

The inspection team emphasized the need to enhance political positioning, improve collaborative mechanisms, focus on key areas, strengthen support and guarantee, achieve full chain supervision of food safety, and safeguard the "safety on the tongue" of the masses.

杨建明表示，将履行人大常委职责，推动食品安全法律法规落地；米兰体育也将以此次视察为契机，将食品安全理念融入在建冷链食品产业园规划建设全过程，严把安全管控关，助力晋江食品产业高质量发展。

Yang Jianming stated that he will fulfill his duties as a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and promote the implementation of food safety laws and regulations; Guandaxing will also take this inspection as an opportunity to integrate the concept of food safety into the entire planning and construction process of the cold chain food industry park under construction, strictly control safety, and assist in the high-quality development of Jinjiang's food industry.
