With a total construction area of 130,000 square meters and a cold storage capacity of more than 150,000 cubic meters, it is a high-standard cold chain food industrial park integrating frozen and refrigerated storage, agricultural product (frozen food) trading, supply chain finance, cold chain logistics and distribution, intelligent parking, intelligent office, high-end apartments, and food safety traceability system.
The project is located in Chidian Town, Jinjiang City, which lies between the central urban areas of Quanzhou and Jinjiang. Adjacent to three major agricultural wholesale markets—Quanzhou Xinhua Zhou Aquatic Products Market, Hefu Fruit Market, and Heheng Vegetable Market—it forms a mature and complete agricultural wholesale business circle. Boasting a superior geographical location and developed transportation networks, it is close to National Highway 324 and Quanzhou-Anxi Highway, only 2.5 kilometers away from the nearest expressway interchange. It can reach the central urban areas of Quanzhou and Jinjiang within 15 minutes, and also radiate the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou Metropolitan Area and southwest Fujian region.
As an industrial standardized park project with divisible sales and independent property rights, Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park will adopt two business models—leasing and selling—after completion. It will cooperate with numerous merchants and enterprises engaged in frozen food, agricultural product wholesale, and frozen/refrigerated logistics and distribution for joint development and operation.
